The extravagant pop princess announced her happy romance via Instagram when her boyfriend-turned-fiance Taylor Kinney, known for his role on "Chicago Fire," proposed on Valentine's Day.

Gaga and Kinney first met on the set of her 2011 video "You and I," according to Us Weekly. They started dating several months later until they split briefly in 2012 and got back together the following month.
