PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia rapper brought a cautionary tale to local high school students on Thursday.
Meek Mill talked with the senior class at the Boys' Latin of Philadelphia Charter School.
He touched on his own struggles growing up in Strawberry Mansion and the mistakes he's made that landed him back in court.
The 28-year-old is due to be sentenced Friday for violating his probation from a 2008 drug conviction.
He encouraged the students to stay on the right path and work hard to be successful.
