Sofia Vergara's ex sues over frozen embryos

Sofia Vergara's ex-fiance is suing her over their frozen embryos.

Nick Loeb claims the "Modern Family" actress now wants to destroy the eggs because they broke up.

He says, he has the right to go forward because both parties have not agreed in writing to destroy the eggs.

Loeb also claims in the lawsuit, she physically abused him on four separate occasions.

Vergara is currently engaged to "Magic Mike" star Joe Manganiello.
