Enthusiastic dancing kid makes basketball fans 'Happy'

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- It's a good time to be a basketball fan in Kentucky -- not just because of the success of the Wildcats' men's squad -- but because you might have caught sight of this kid.

Peyton "Peanut" Henderson was attending the Sweet 16 of the Kentucky high school basketball championship when his jam, Pharrell Williams' "Happy," came on the loudspeakers. As if it is the most natural thing in the world, the 11-year-old starts to break out a variety of dance moves, much to the delight of the crowd.

The youngster's performance doesn't fall flat for a second as he works in claps, shakes and even drops to his knees and shimmies backwards. He seems unfazed by the cheers of the crowd and just keeps moving along with the music.

His aunt, Angie Holleran, told ABC that her nephew is always ready to take the stage.

"He is extremely outgoing and as you see, not shy at all," she said. "He never meets a stranger," she said adding that his sister (wearing pink the video) is also outgoing.

Peyton has done theater and played basketball and other sports with his middle school in Georgetown, Kentucky.

The "Happy" routine wasn't his only performance of the day. Another social media user posted Peyton dancing to Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off."

He was such a hit, his aunt explained, that he was brought down on the court to dance during halftime.

Peyton's charisma has made him quite the Internet star. As his video got shared across social media, it has garnered tens of millions of views.
