As anyone who has every gone through the process knows, waiting to adopt a baby can be a long and trying journey.

Two potential fathers in Minnesota, Joe Morales and Joey Famoso, have been through their share of ups and downs, especially after a potential adoption fell through late last year.

But instead of giving up hope, the couple decided to put their feelings into song...a Meghan Trainor song, to be specific.

"Dear Future Baby" is the couple's play on the popular Trainor song "Dear Future Husband."

The reworked lyrics tell the birth mother of their future child exactly what the baby's life will be like, with Joe and Joey as his or her parents.

With lines like "We won't let you cry, Always keep you dry, Even when your diaper makes us wanna freaking die, Cause we treat you right, give you the perfect life," it's easy to see that these two will be amazing (and hilarious) dads.

"We wanted to do something different that stood out, but also showed our personalities," Morales said to Today Parents. "There are so many great families for a birthmother to choose, and by doing this, we hope to be on the top of her list."

On their adoption page, the couple emphasizes the importance of love and family to them, and how much they can't wait to experience a "lifetime of firsts" with their new baby - who they promise not to name Joe, Joseph, Joanne, or Josephine!

We wish the best of luck to Joe and Joey on their path to fatherhood, and we're crossing our fingers that they're able to bring home a baby soon. Maybe then, we'll get another music video? We can only hope!
