VIDEO: Study says booster seats taken out too soon
While more parents are using them, the study shows they aren't using them long enough.

More parents are using booster seats for kids in cars.

But a new study suggests they aren't using them long enough.

Safe Kids says 9 out of 10 parents answering its survey take the seats out too soon - mostly because they don't know children should be 57 inches tall before going to seat belt only.

In addition, about a quarter of the parents say they don't buckle up their kids on every single car ride.

However, experts say most accidents happen close to home.
