Freebie Friday: Fireworks, museum admission and sweet treats

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- It's Freebie Friday and as we kick off this holiday weekend, there's free fun on tap for everyone!

FREE FIREWORKS

It's July 4th weekend and there are plenty of free fireworks shows throughout the area.

FREE CONCERT

Friday, June 30th at 8pm, you can enjoy a free concert from the Philadelphia Orchestra followed by fireworks.

FREE ROCKY-THEMED EVENTS

Another Wawa Welcome America event happens Sunday, July 2 and it's all about Rocky on the Art Museum steps. From a fitness challenge to a look-a-like contest and a screening of the legendary film at 8pm.

FREE ADMISSION

Entrance and admission fees are being waved at a number of local places.

On June 30th, it's free admission at Eastern State Penitentiary.

On July 1st, guests can enjoy free admission to the African American Museum in Philadelphia.

And in honor of the July 4th holiday, the National Constitution Center is offering free admission through Sunday, July 2nd.
