New surgery an alternative to breast implants?

Surgeons in London are experimenting with a new technique that could mean an end to breast implants.

Their technique uses silicone structures put under the skin and attached to the rib cage.

Those create what doctors call an "internal bra" which is invisible from the outside.

The first three trial operations were done last week.

Some experts want extensive trials to look for side effects before the procedure goes mainstream.
