VIDEO: Allergy season
Allergists say if you have grass allergies and want to try a new therapy that helps prevents symptoms, you'll need to start it three months before allergy season kicks into full gear.

Punxsutawney Phil the groundhog says spring will come early.

We don't know yet if he's right, but allergists say if you have grass allergies and want to try a new therapy that helps prevents symptoms, you'll need to start it three months before allergy season kicks into full gear.

That therapy is sublingual oral immunotherapy.

A tablet is placed under the tongue every day.

Officials say it helps build up a tolerance against grass allergens.
