VIDEO: Adorable CrossFit phenom will inspire you
Watch the report from Action News at 4:30 p.m. on December 7, 2017.

BRONX, New York (WPVI) -- When it comes to fitness, a little New Yorker is #goals.

Meet Prisais, aka "Princess P" to her social media followers, a 4-year-old who puts most of us to shame with her strength and determination.

Her dad, James Townsend, is from Delran, New Jersey, where he was an All American wide receiver at Holy Cross High School.

Though James and his family have since moved to the Bronx, he turned that natural athleticism into a career, opening a CrossFit gym. That's where Prisais comes in.

When she was just 12 months old, the little fitness phenom started picking up dumbbells, swinging from rings, and doing push-ups.

Since then, Princess P has graduated to 55-pound deadlifts, handstand push-ups, box jumps that are half her height, full pull-ups, gymnastics, and more.

Though some critics say she's too young to lift weights, or worry she'll get hurt, James tells Action News that everything his daughter does is supervised by professionals and well-thought out to help her long-term athletic development.

James says his goal is to motivate kids to have an active, healthy lifestyle. Having an adorable spokeskid sure doesn't hurt!
