VIDEO: Should adults get measles vaccine?
And as the national debate on measles and vaccines continues, some adults are wondering if they're protected.

PHILADELPHIA -- As the national debate on measles and vaccines continues, some adults are wondering if they're protected.

If you are 52-years-old or older, you probably had measles-- so you don't need to be vaccinated.

Widespread use of the vaccine didn't start until late 1960s, so some people born during the 1960s might need a booster.

There's no harm in getting a booster, if you're not sure about your immunity.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends college students, health care workers, and people who travel overseas get two doses.
