KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa. (WPVI) -- In honor of Veterans Day, a local Army veteran, now a personal trainer, is celebrating with a special workout.

It's a workout packed with patriotism, run by veteran Erica Webster, now the owner of Dub Fitness in King of Prussia.

Webster served eight years active duty in the Army. She joined right out of high school.

"September 11th happened when I was a sophomore, and the emotion and the feeling that I felt at that moment, I just knew it was something I needed to do to serve my country," said Webster.

Now she incorporates her military training into her fitness programs. The themed workout includes a grueling 19-minute, 18-second circuit - 11 reps of each exercise in honor of the first Veterans Day - Called Armistice Day - 11/11/1918.

"After iron mikes, you have chain breakers," said Webster.

Many of the moves come straight from the Armed Forces.

"Things like Army crawlers, which just is bringing knees to elbows, but it's like you are crawling on the ground under enemy combat fire or something," said Webster.

Webster also stresses discipline, focusing on form.

"It's not quantity, it's the quality of the workout, and you really feel that because as Erica says, it's a good sore and if you're sore then you did it right," said Jessica Massanova of Blue Bell.

And if you're a regular at Dub Fitness, just like in the military, every 90 days you'll do a Physical Readiness Test.

"This was they can gauge how they're doing," said Webster.

In Friday's class, many say they pushed themselves a bit harder in honor of all who've served, and leave feeling stronger.

"When I got here this morning, I felt very tired, I had no energy. Now I feel like I could conquer the world," said
