Heavy fire damages home in Collingdale

COLLINGDALE, Pa. (WPVI) -- A heavy fire in Collingdale, Delaware County severely damaged a home on Sunday afternoon.

Firefighters responded to the house on the 700 block of Clifton Avenue around 2 p.m.

They reported seeing flames once they arrived and climbed on top of the roof to get the blaze under control.

No injuries were reported.

It's not clear if anyone was home at the time.
