PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The City of Philadelphia has signed an agreement clearing the way for construction of a memorial park where six people died in a building collapse.

The park will be located at 22nd and Market Streets where a building under demolition fell onto the Salvation Army Thrift Store in 2013.

A groundbreaking on the park is tentatively scheduled for this spring.

A completion date is projected around the third anniversary of the collapse in June.
