GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating a shooting that's sent a man to the hospital.

The shooting happened around 1 a.m. Sunday on the unit block of West Sharpnack Street in the city's Germantown section.

When police arrived on the scene they found a man had been shot twice in the back.

He was rushed to Albert Einstein Medical Center, and is expected to survive his injuries.

So far, police have no motives or suspects in the shooting.
