Handcuffed woman leads police on chase

A western Pennsylvania woman faces a long list of charges after stealing a police cruiser and leading officers on a high-speed chase - all while she was handcuffed.

Center Township Police say, 27-year-old Roxanne Rimer was caught shoplifting at a Kohl's store, Wednesday night.

Officers handcuffed her and put her in the back of a police cruiser.

She somehow managed to slip through the Plexiglas divider.

Rimer then led Pennsylvania State Police and multiple other agencies on a high-speed chase.

She ditched the police cruiser and stole another vehicle before finally being taken into custody.

Rimer faces a long list of charges, including possession of drug paraphernalia.
