1 injured when ambulance, SUV collide in W. Oak Lane

WEST OAK LANE (WPVI) -- One person was taken to a hospital after an ambulance and an SUV collided Wednesday morning in the West Oak Lane section.

It happened in the area of 66th and Ogontz avenues.

The impact caused the SUV to be pushed up onto the sidewalk and the ambulance was knocked on its side.

There is no word at this time if the injury was in the SUV or the ambulance.

Also no word yet if slick roads played a part in the accident.
