Horsham residents say no-no to new Wawa

HORSHAM TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A new Wawa is being proposed for Horsham Township, but not everyone is happy about it.

Several residents testified at a hearing Wednesday night to oppose the plan.

They say the project would jam up the already busy intersection of 611 and Blair Mill Road.

They also are concerned because the new Wawa would butt up against several residential properties.

The proposed Wawa would be open 24 hours.
