Eagles backpacks for local families

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Eagles and Verizon have teamed up for the annual Packs for Pride event Monday at Lincoln Financical Field.

Backpacks were filled with clothing, personal care items and toys.

They will be given to local children affected by domestic violence.

Swoop and Eagles player Brandon Bair were there to show their support for area families.
