1 injured in Strawberry Mansion house fire

STRAWBERRY MANSION (WPVI) -- Fire crews battled a house fire that left one person injured in the city's Strawberry Mansion section.

The fire broke out just before 4:30 p.m. Friday in the 3100 block of West Dauphin Street.

Upon arrival, officials said heavy fire was showing from the second floor of a two-story residence.

The fire was brought under control just before 5 p.m., officials said.

The injured person was taken to Temple University Hospital. No word on their condition.

The cause of the fire has not been determined.
