OCEAN CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- An Action News viewer was there as two men were forced to quickly escape floodwaters in Ocean City, New Jersey.

Vickie Harrington told our Cecily Tynan that it was about 7:26 a.m. when the streets by her home at 15th and Simpson flooded.

That SUV was being driven down 15th Street when it was forced to stop by the rising water.

Then, two men inside the SUV had to climb out to get away from the flood.

Vickie said she stopped taking pictures, helped them men out of the water, and let them into her house.

As for her house, Vickie said there was over a foot of water inside, saying she hasn't seen anything like this since Superstorm Sandy.
