VIDEO: For her first snow, she gets a blizzard

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. -- The Blizzard of 2016 left Main Street in Doylestown, Bucks County virtually deserted as the storm hit on Saturday afternoon.
Among the few people outside were Jim and Carla.
Carla is from the Philippines, and this is her first snowstorm.
