Everyone has been telling us how bad the road are outside with the exception of a few - like locals enjoying snowmobiles in West Chester.

Four guys rode around Saturday in snowmobiles, not complaining one bit about the snow and how difficult it was to get around.

"We actually started at about 9:30 this morning. We went down to Oxford, went up to Honeybrook, came back around to Lancaster County Line and now we're back in West Chester," said Tim Peters of Coatesville.

"We saw a lot of stuck trucks and cars," said Ken Windall of West Chester.

"As long as they keep the roads unplowed we're good," said Bill Hidgson of West Chester.
