NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say icy conditions led to a crash on I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia.

It happened before 6 a.m. Monday in the northbound lanes near the Academy Road exit.

Police say icy roads led to a crash on I-95 in Northeast Philadelphia.

Video from Chopper 6 HD showed a vehicle which appeared to have slid into snow piled up on the side of the highway.

Police say it ended up on top of the guard rail.

The driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
