Occupants escape before freight train strikes vehicle in Montco

GLADWYNNE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Montgomery County authorities are investigating an accident involving a vehicle and freight train in Gladwynne.

It happened around 6 p.m. Wednesday at Waverly Road and River Road.

Officials say a vehicle stalled on the tracks. The occupants got out before a freight train hit the vehicle.

No injuries were reported.
