Evesham Twp. man facing child porn charges

MT. HOLLY, N.J. (WPVI) -- An Evesham Township, N.J. man has been charged with possession and distribution of child pornography.

23-year-old Christian D. Maher-Schultze was arrested Friday at his home on Hawk Lane.

Prosecutors say he used his personal email account to trade child pornography with others.

They say many of the images showed young girls engaging in sex acts with men.

Prosecutors say the case will presented to a grand jury for possible indictment.

Maher-Schultze was being held at the Burlington County Jail on $75,000 bail.

An initial court hearing was scheduled for Monday afternoon.
