Elderly vendor gets stuck in newspaper stand

LOS ANGELES, Ca. (WPVI) -- The LAPD just released a photo of the moment they pulled a trapped vendor out of his own newspaper stand.

The 84-year-old accidentally locked himself inside, and was stuck there for at least four days, without food or water.

Someone heard the man yelling on Monday, and called for help.

Officers say the vendor was weak and dehydrated, but otherwise doing okay.
