Man lends a foot to stop suspect in police chase

KINGSTON, England (WPVI) -- British police want to thank someone who didn't just lend a hand, he lent a foot.

He stuck out the foot, tripping a suspected drug dealer who was going by.

Police in Kingston were then able to apprehend the suspect.

But, the civilian took off.

Police are hoping they can find him, so they can honor him for doing all the legwork.
