Man charged in Deptford Township apartment arson

DEPTFORD TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Police in Gloucester County, New Jersey have arrested a man for allegedly starting a fire at an apartment complex.

25-year-old Artice Bryant Jr. has been charged with arson.

He's accused of starting a fire at the Chester Lane Apartments on Delsea Drive in Deptford Township Tuesday.

No one was hurt in the blaze.

23 people were left homeless.

Bryant is being held in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.
