Learning the lesson of paying it forward

DREXEL HILL, Pa. (WPVI) -- Students at a Delaware County middle school learned a lesson in giving, with no strings attached Thursday.

Kids in Beth Ann Gallagher's 6th grade class at Saint Dorothy's School in Drexel Hill presented their "pay it forward" projects.

The students' assignment was to come up with three things that they would do for others, without expecting anything in return.

It wasn't just the teacher listening, moms and dads were also there to listen to their favorite philanthropists.
