1 person hurt in North Philadelphia apartment blaze

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- One person was injured after a fire inside an apartment building in North Philadelphia.

The fire started before 3 a.m. Wednesday on the 1300 block of North 10th Street.

Firefighters arrived and worked quickly to get the blaze under control.

Action News is told it was contained to one apartment.

One occupant was being evaluated for smoke inhalation.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
