Commercial Corridor Outreach Initiative

NORTHERN LIBERTIES (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney was out in the rain Wednesday taking part in a walking tour.

Kenney and commerce director Harold Epps toured the commercial corridor on North 5th Street in Northern Liberties.

They learned about new commercial and housing opportunities here.

The tour was all part of the commerce department's Commercial Corridor Outreach Initiative.
