Kenney celebrates Dr. Seuss

UNIVERSITY CITY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney dressed the Dr. Seuss part Tuesday in University City.

He read to some of the young patients at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia as part of this day to celebrate reading.
