Citizens police academy

RADNOR TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- More than 20 residents of Radnor Township are about to get a close up view of how their police department works.

This was the first night of the Citizens Police Academy there.

The academy runs for nine weeks, during which, residents will learn about things like use of force, hostage negotiation, and traffic stops.
