Two people were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation after a house fire in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania.

LOWER MERION, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two people were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation after a house fire in Lower Merion, Pennsylvania.

The fire started around midnight Wednesday on the unit block of Raynham Road.

Fire crews arrived and placed the blaze under control within fifteen minutes.

One of the victims was taken to Penn Presbyterian Hospital and the other went to Lankenau Hospital.

1 person is stable and the other is critical.

No word on what caused the fire.
