Crews reportedly have a forest fire surrounded in Burlington County.

WOODLAND TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Fire crews have completely surrounded a forest fire that has burned 350 acres in Burlington County.

The fire started burning Thursday near Baptist and Old Tuckerton roads in Woodland Township, New Jersey.

N.J. Department of Environmental Protection officials tell Action News the fire has remained in the same location since 9:30 p.m. Thursday, and that fire breaks are now in place around the entire fire.

Seventeen fire trucks have been on the scene battling the blaze, and officials say rain the area overnight helped keep the flames from spreading farther.

So far no homes have been threatened.
