The Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade, one of the oldest in the country, is this Sunday. Bands, dancers, organizations and more will start at 16th Street and JFK Boulevard and head down the Ben Franklin Parkway to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. It starts at noon on Sunday.
