Shooting leaves man wounded in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Police find a man shot and wounded on a street in Wilmington, Delaware.

He was discovered around 11 p.m. Tuesday along the 1100 block of Read Street.

The victim was suffering with multiple gunshot wounds.

Medics rushed him to Christiana Hospital for treatment.

Police are trying to determine if the man was shot somewhere else, and then stumbled where he was found.
