CHERRY HILL, N.J. -- It was a heartwarming heroes welcome Wednesday in Cherry Hill, as more than 120 soldiers returned home from deployment.
Friends and family greeted the members of the New Jersey Army National Guard's Military Police Company with big cheers, bigger hugs and lots of happy tears.
The happy reunion happened at the National Guard Armory on Grove Street.
These soldiers spent the last year in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba conducting detention operations.
