Police: Driver loses control, flips car over on I-76 in Wynnefield

WYNNEFIELD (WPVI) -- Police say a car flipped onto its side after a driver lost control getting onto the eastbound Schuylkill Expressway.

The crash happened before 1 a.m. Thursday on the City Avenue Ramp in the Wynnefield section of Philadelphia.

The driver was evaluated at the scene for injuries, and is expected to be okay.

Police have not said why the driver lost control.

The crash remains under investigation.
