Police ID victim in Wilmington homicide

WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a homicide in Wilmington.

The victim was identified Friday as 22-year-old Christian Serrano of Wilmington.

It happened just after 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of North Connell Street.

Police say a male was shot multiple times.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are trying to determine if the shooting is in retaliation for a shooting earlier in the afternoon.
