NEW YORK, N.Y. (WPVI) -- More Americans than ever are at risk of bad medication interactions.

A survey of 4-thousand adults found that the number of people taking medications which should not be taken together has doubled - from 8 to 15 per cent.

Researchers cite 2 prime reasons - more & more diseases are being treated with pills

And Americans are taking more over-the-counter drugs and supplements.

Survey leaders say you should tell your doctor about EVERYTHING you take, not just prescription drugs.
