Gratitude for families and their sacrifice

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA -- Philadelphia police honored some fallen heroes by giving back to their families Friday.

The loved ones of officers who died in the line of duty were invited to a special breakfast at the FOP Lodge in Northeast Philadelphia.

Police commissioner Richard Ross thanked the families for their sacrifice and reminded them that every officer in the city is now there to support them.
