Man shot in North Philadelphia, gunman sought

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say a man who was shot twice in North Philadelphia is refusing to answer questions.

The shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday along the 1300 block of Westmoreland Street.

Police found the victim with gunshot wounds to both legs. They took him to Temple University Hospital for treatment.

He is listed in stable condition.

Detectives are having trouble finding the gunman.
