New Castle County authorities ordered everyone out Wednesday night at the same Wilmington apartment complex where four people were killed by carbon monoxide poisoning last week.

Residents had moved back in during the weekend when the all-clear was given, but code enforcement officers deemed Buildings G and F of the Hidden Valley Apartment Complex as unsafe, and told residents they need to find a new place to live.
