Big financial boost to local wildlife areas
The Delaware Valley's efforts to go green got a million dollar boost Thursday

TINICUM, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Delaware Valley's efforts to go green got a million dollar boost Thursday.

Officials including Mayor jim Kenney came to the Heinz National Wildlife refuge in Tinicum, Delaware County.

They announced a $1 million annual investment from the Fish and Wildlife service.

That money will pay for more recreation at the refuge as well as at Cobbs Creek and Bartram's Gardens.
