OLNEY (WPVI) --Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Dunkin' Donuts in Philadelphia's Olney neighborhood.
The incident happened before 4:30 a.m. Thursday on the 1300 block of Olney Avenue.
Police say the suspects waited for the manager to arrive to open the store. The suspects then approached the manager from behind, and forced him to let them inside.
Once the suspects were inside, police say, they emptied the store safe.
One suspect was armed and they both wore masks.
Police say before the suspects fled, they hit the manager in the lip.
The manager was treated for a minor injury.
The suspects were last seen fleeing on North Park Avenue.
