Attracting foreign scholars to University of Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- An endowment established in honor of the late Beau Biden will carry on his legacy of service.

His wife Hallie was at the University of Delaware to accept a symbolic Beau Biden chair.

It will be granted to scholars who work in oppressive countries, so they can move to an American University, and work free from danger.

The Institute of International Education established the chair, thanks to a 1 million dollar gift from an anonymous donor.
