Philadelphia police are looking for three robbers who held up two 7-Eleven convenience stores within a few minutes of each other.

HOLMESBURG (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for three robbers who held up two 7-Eleven convenience stores within a few minutes of each other.

The first incident occurred around 2 a.m. Sunday on the 7900 block of Frankford Avenue in the Holmesburg section of the city.

Investigators say at least one of the suspects had a handgun when they walked up to a clerk.

After getting cash and cigarettes, they fled.

The second robbery happened minutes later about two miles away at the store on Bridge and Thompson streets in Bridesburg.

Police say the three robbers forced the clerk to hand over money.

They then drove off in a dark colored sedan.

No injuries were reported in either incident.

Police are looking at surveillance video to try to identify the suspects.
