VIDEO: Man breaks into Five Guys, makes himself cheeseburger

WASHINGTON (WPVI) -- A man took "dine and dash" to a whole new level as he was caught on camera breaking into a Five Guys and cooking himself a cheeseburger.

Washington D.C. police said the man broke into the restaurant located on Irving Street between 3-5 a.m. on March 18.

The suspect was caught on surveillance cameras following a delivery man into the restaurant, and waiting until he left before cooking up something to eat, according to police.

Authorities said the man then rummaged through the restaurant, cooked food and stole bottled water before leaving.

Police released the video hoping it would lead to tips of the man's identity.
